  • Participated in the successful implementation of economic development projects including Kettering Business Park, the redevelopment of the South Dixie corridor (Governor's Place retail/commercial development) and Van Buren shopping center
  • Initiated the Frail Elderly Task Force, the first of its kind in Dayton region 1999
